My fine art paintings are my chosen language to use a pictorial narration without the need for endless written explanations about what something means. I often use magical realism to express specific symbols that strive to capture cultural experiences and tender memories of my childhood. I learned to thrive on the joy of mixing symbols or metaphors in my paintings that could convey double meanings to poems and dreams in my art. My culture and my Cuban roots are the essence of my soul that provides me with an endless supply of concepts, ideas, emotions, values, and beliefs that I wish to express.
