STUDIO 2014
AT GALLERY 2014
We have been listening to our local artists.
They are saying: We need affordable, friendly, collaborative and creative space.
We want to teach and learn from others.
Now, we are ready with an answer: Beginning October 1, 2016, the east wing of Gallery 2014 will transform into a collaborative space for a select group of artists. STUDIO 2014 will accommodate a select group of Member artists who will become part of the open studio experience at Gallery 2014.
STUDIO 2014 will provide resident artists with a working space at an affordable monthly membership rate. Included in membership will be access to two large teaching spaces to conduct art lessons. An artist lounge, library and collaborative workspace is included, as are exhibition spaces for member artwork.
Memberships will be offered by invitation. Act now to reserve your space!
How to apply: Send an email to Sharon@gallery2014.com with subject line “STUDIO 2014” and give us your name, phone number, and email address so that we can send you an application form along with a schedule of our proposed rates and services. Please indicate whether you are interested in a Resident or Nonresident membership.
Completed applications will be due by July 31, 2016. Short-listed candidates for Resident Memberships will be notified by August 15, 2016. Short-listed Resident Member applicants will be scheduled for an interview and background check prior to final selection. Invitations for membership will be made by August 31, 2016. Executed membership documents and initial payments will be due on or before September 16, 2016.
